Розробка ефективної бізнес-моделі підприємства

Abstract

Метою дослідження є розробка бізнес-моделі для ТОВ "Нова Пошта", яка сприятиме покращенню соціально-економічних показників діяльності компанії. Предметом дослідження виступають основні принципи і методи дослідження показників соціально-економічної ефективності підприємства. Обʼєктом дослідження є процес створення бізнес-моделі підприємства. Методи дослідження та підходи: контент-аналіз, індукція, дедукція, синтез, методи статистичного спостереження. Результати дослідження: проаналізовано сучасні бізнес-моделі підприємства; досліджено управління життєвим циклом бізнес-моделі; проведено аналіз фінансової діяльністі ТОВ «Нова Пошта»; дана оцінка результатів діяльності компанії на внутрішньому ринку; вдосконалено бізнес-модель ТОВ "Нова Пошта" для підвищення показників соціально-економічної ефективності.The purpose of the study is to develop a business model for Nova Poshta LLC, which will help improve the company's socio-economic performance. The subject of the research is the basic principles and methods of studying the indicators of socio-economic efficiency of the enterprise. The object of the study is the process of creating a business model for an enterprise. Research methods and approaches: content analysis, induction, deduction, synthesis, methods of statistical observation. Research results: modern business models of the enterprise are analyzed; еhe life cycle management of the business model was studied; analysis of the financial performance of Nova Poshta LLC; an assessment of the company's performance in the domestic market; the business model of Nova Poshta LLC was improved to increase the indicators of socio-economic efficiency.
