Abstract

У сучасних умовах інвестиційна політика є визначальним чинником формування конкурентоспроможності та стійкого розвитку індустріальних парків. В умовах структурних трансформацій економіки, активізації процесів індустріалізації та реіндустріалізації, а також посилення глобальної конкуренції за інвестиційні ресурси ефективне управління інвестиційною політикою індустріальних парків набуває особливої значущості для забезпечення їх економічної результативності, інноваційної спрямованості та інтеграції у національні й глобальні виробничі ланцюги.In modern conditions, investment policy is a determining factor in the formation of competitiveness and sustainable development of industrial parks. In the context of structural transformations of the economy, intensification of industrialization and reindustrialization processes, as well as increased global competition for investment resources, effective management of the investment policy of industrial parks is becoming particularly important for ensuring their economic performance, innovation orientation, and integration into national and global production chains.
