Digital Transformation of the Sphere of Social Services

Abstract

This paper provides an extensive exploration of current digital initiatives in the social services sector. It analyzes the integration of technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data analytics, and online platforms in areas such as welfare distribution, community support programs, and health care services. Through a comprehensive literature review, case studies of pioneering social service organizations, and surveys of service providers and recipients, the study reveals key trends and challenges. Theoretical insights gained from this study suggest that digital transformation can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of social service delivery. For example, by using data analytics, social service providers can better target their resources and interventions. However, practical barriers also emerge, such as the need for significant investments in technological infrastructure and the potential exclusion of vulnerable groups who lack digital access.
