Abstract
The thesis examines how leaders’ emotional intelligence is related to subordinates’ stress resistance, resilience, and psychological well-being under wartime conditions. The theoretical review highlights self-regulation, empathy, and social skills as key components influencing employees’ psychological stability. Empirical results show that leaders’ emotional intelligence is at a medium to medium-high level, with self-regulation being the strongest component. IT-sector leaders demonstrated the highest emotional intelligence; FMCG and logisticsleaders showed slightly lower yet sufficient levels. Subordinates in IT had the lowest stress and highest resilience, while logistics employees experienced the highest tension.
