Динаміка та чинники молодіжного безробіття в умовах цифрової економіки

Abstract

Класифіковано позитивні та негативні наслідки існування молодіжного безробіття. Показано, що цифровізація призводить до збільшення попиту на гнучкі та нестандартні форми зайнятості, особливо серед молоді, виходу на неформальний ринок праці жінок, які не працювали тривалий час. Доведено, що зайнятість на цифрових платформах є популярною, актуальною та перспективною, але законодавчо неврегульованою і вимагає якнайшвидшого інституційного обґрунтування з метою захисту прав робітників і роботодавців.

The dissertation presents the methodological principles of the study of youth unemployment, namely; the socio-economic nature of unemployment, its types, forms and consequences are analyzed. The positive and negative consequences of youth unemployment are classified: socio-psychological and economic. The reasons for the imperfection of unemployment are formulated. The use of indicators of the modern labor market is proposed, which leads to the contradictions of youth unemployment. Youth unemployment is classified according to various criteria, special attention is paid to the NEET group, which reflects the presence of social exclusion. The issue of unemployment in economics has been studied throughout the existence of economics. The paper analyzes the evolution of scientists' views on unemployment.
