Мова расизму в сучасному медіа просторі та шляхи її подолання

Abstract

Робота присвячена розгляду расизму та його проявів в медіа й політиці. Розглянуто особливості прояву цього явища в історичній ретроспективі та виявлено специфіку медіа дискурсу расизму за сучасних умов. В результаті дослідження було з’ясовано причини виникнення та розповсюдження расизму, перетворення форм расизму за сучасних умов, роль ЗМІ як у розповсюдженні расистських упереджень, так і у запобіганні поширенню цього явища. В роботі запропоновано методи боротьби з расизмом у медіа, на державному рівні й в повсякденному житті.The work is devoted to consideration of racism and its manifestations in the media and politics. The peculiarities of the manifestation of this phenomenon in historical retrospect are considered and the specificity of the media discourse of racism under modern conditions is revealed. As a result of the study, the causes of the emergence and spread of racism, the transformation of forms of racism under modern conditions, the role of mass media both in the spread of racist prejudices and in preventing the spread of this phenomenon were clarified. The work proposes methods of combating racism in the media, at the state level, and in everyday life.
