Синтез альфа-флуоро-циклопропанів

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена синтетичному пошуку потенційних біологічно активних лікоподібних сполук, що вміщують циклопропановий фрагмент та атом флуору в альфа-положенні до нього. Проведен аналіз літератури з методів синтезу та практичного застосування циклопропан-вмісних лікоподібних сполук, та їх флуоровмісних аналоів.Також були розглянуті загальні підходи щодо введення атомів флуору в молекули цільових сполук. В експериментальній частині роботи наведено синтез альфа-флуоро-циклопропанів та їх різноманіттних похідних.The qualification work is devoted to the synthetic search for potential biologically active drug-like compounds containing a cyclopropane fragment and a fluorine atom in the alpha position to it. An analysis of the literature on methods of synthesis and practical application of cyclopropane-containing drug-like compounds and their fluorine-containing analogues was conducted. General approaches to the introduction of fluorine atoms into the molecules of target compounds were also considered. The experimental part of the work presents the synthesis of alpha-fluorocyclopropanes and their various derivatives.
