Впровадження системи підтримки прийняття рішення в малому бізнесі: поведінковий підхід

Abstract

Розкрите питання впровадження систем підтримки прийняття рішень в малому бізнесу та суміжних сферах (комунальних підприємствах). Науковою базою дослідження є теорія обмеженої раціональності, теорія перспектив, теорія реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів, теорія когнітивного навантаження, також знання з актуальних технологій програмного забезпечення. Запропоновано розглядати системи підтримки прийняття рішень не тільки в контексті суб’єкта підприємництва в цілому, але й окремо по основних бізнес-процесах (маркетинг, продажі, виробництво, сервіс). В тому числі з точки підтримки прийняття рішень потенційними клієнтами (реакція на рекламу, здійснення продажу). Розроблена модель оцінки технічної складності з точки зори цільових користувачів СППР. Дана модель валідована на наборі комунальних підприємств м. Києва. Розроблені методично-наукові рішення, що підвищать ймовірність впровадження СППР на кожному з рівнів складності.The study addresses the implementation of decision support systems in small businesses and related sectors (such as municipal enterprises). The scientific foundation of the research includes the theory of bounded rationality, prospect theory, business process reengineering theory, cognitive load theory, as well as knowledge of current software technologies. It is proposed to consider decision support systems not only in the context of the entrepreneurial entity as a whole but also separately across core business processes (marketing, sales, production, service), including aspects related to decision-making by potential customers (response to advertising, purchasing decisions). A model for assessing technical complexity from the perspective of the target users of DSS has been developed. This model has been validated using a dataset of municipal enterprises in Kyiv. Methodological and scientific solutions have been developed to increase the likelihood of DSS adoption at each complexity level.
