Abstract

Роботу присвячено розробці pet-friendly закладу ресторанного господарства. Висвітлено теоретичні аспекти розвитку ресторанного господарства, наведено класифікацію закладів та видів обслуговування. Проаналізовано ринок потенційних споживачів, а також потенційних конкурентів. Запропоновано організаційно-проєктні рішення, а також розроблено фінансовий план закладу, що розробляється.The work is devoted to the development of a pet-friendly restaurant establishment. The theoretical aspects of the development of the restaurant industry are highlighted, the classification of establishments and types of service is given. The market of potential consumers, as well as potential competitors, is analyzed. Organizational and project solutions were proposed, as well as the financial plan of the institution under development was developed.
