Jaundices of newborns. Differential diagnosis of jaundices : methodical recommendations for student’s 5 and 6 courses of medical faculty in discipline «Pediatrics, children infectious diseases»

Abstract

Methodological recommendations are devoted to the differential diagnosis of neonatal jaundice. Classifications and methods of diagnosis of diseases of newborns accompanied by jaundice are provided. The main methods of treatment are provided, namely phototherapy, replacement blood transfusion. Methodical recommendations are worked out on the basis of the Program of disciplines of «Pediatrics, children infectious diseases», «Pediatrics with children infectious diseases» for students of higher medical educational institutions of III–IV levels of accreditation, authorized by Ministry of Health of Ukraine. Thеse recommendations are intended for the 5th and 6th years English-speaking medical students. Methodical recommendations are dedicated to differential diagnosis of jaundices in newborn, and treatment.

Методичні рекомендації присвячено диференціальній діагностиці неонатальних жовтяниць. Надано класифікації та методи діагностики захворювань новонароджених що супроводжуються жовтяницями. Надано основні методи лікування, а саме: фототерапія, замінне переливання крові. Методичні рекомендації розроблено на основі програми дисциплін «Педіатрія, дитячі інфекційні хвороби», «Педіатрія з дитячими інфекційними хворобами» для студентів вищих медичних навчальних закладів III–IV рівнів акредитації, затверджених МОЗ України. Україна. Методичні рекомендації призначено для студентів 5-го і 6-го курсів медичного факультету англомовного навчання.
