Abstract
У статті розглядається обумовленість взаємозв’язку цілей, етапів і методичної організації системи вправ з формування навичок і розвитку умінь аудіювання на заняттях з мови впродовж усього періоду навчання іноземних студентів у вищому навчальному закладі.

The intercommunication of the aims conditionality is examined in the article. The stages and methodical organization of the exercises system to form and develop auding abilities at language classes during the period of foreign students studies in the higher educational establishment are examined.
