Abstract
Об’єкт дослідження: процеси дисоціації та таутомерії в розчинах 2,7- динітро-4,5-дибромфлуоресцеїну. Мета роботи: вивчення спектрів поглинання та визначення констант дисоціації 2,7-динітро-4,5-дибромфлуоресцеїну в ДМСО. Результати: Виміряні спектри поглинання барвника 2,7-динітро-4,5- дибромфлуоресцеїну в диметилсульфоксиді в умовах варіювання кислотності. Одержані значення констант дисоціації цієї сполуки, зроблено висновки щодо таутомерії молекулярної та іонних форм, інтерпретовано співвідношення між константами ступінчастої дисоціації.
Object of the study: Dissociation process and tautomerism phenomenon of 2,7-dinitro-4,5-dibromofluorescein in solution. Aim of the work: Study of the absorption spectra and determination of the dissociation constants of 2,7-dinitro-4,5-dibromofluorescein in DMSO. Results: Absorption spectra of 2,7-dinitro-4,5-dibromofluorescein in DMSO were obtained at different acidities. The dissociation constants were determined, and conclusions concerning the tautomerism of molecular and ionic forms are made. The ratio of the constants of stepwise dissociation is explained.
