Abstract

У методичних рекомендаціях висвітлені сучасні уявлення про різні аспекти епілепсії: визначення, фактори ризику, причини виникнення, патологічна фізіологія, нейрохімія, класифікація, клініка, діагностика, лікування. Для покращення діагностики і лікування видання має розділ де описані пароксизмальні стани неепілептичного походження: синкопальні стани, вегетативні пароксизми, спазмофілія, фебрильні, токсичні та істеричні судоми. Рекомендації містять також тестові клінічні завдання і перелік літератури для здобувачів освіти.

The methodological recommendations highlight modern ideas about various aspects of epilepsy: definition, risk factors, etiology, pathogenesis, neurochemistry, classification of epileptic attacks, clinical picture, diagnosis, different treatment of epilepsy. To improve diagnosis and treatment, the publication has a section where paroxysmal states of non-epileptic origin are described: syncopal states, vegetative paroxysms, spasmophilia, febrile, toxic and hysterical convulsions. The recommendations also contain test clinical tasks and a list of literature for those seeking education.
