Abstract

The few last decades XIX century have passed Bulgaria on building an independent state and its structures. An important role in this process was played by well-known statesman Stefan Stambolov (1854-1895). Political activity Stambolov left a significant legacy of ideological, legal and organizational. Until the 1920s, his associates and followers ruled united in the People's Liberal Party. The artical describes the development of the Bulgarian varieties of bureaucracy in this period.
