Розвиток медіа-комунікативного механізму в контексті цифровізації публічного управління

Abstract

У дисертаційній роботі вирішено актуальне науково-практичне завдання щодо вдосконалення медіа-комунікативного механізму в контексті цифровізації публічного управління в умовах трансформаційних змін інформаційного середовища. В обґрунтуванні актуальності теми дисертаційного дослідження зазначається, що цифрова трансформація суспільства, зростання впливу соціальних мереж, поширення дезінформації та зниження рівня цифрової грамотності громадян створюють нові виклики для ефективної взаємодії між державою та громадськістю.This dissertation addresses a pressing scientific and practical issue concerning the improvement of the media-communicative mechanism in the context of the digitalization of public administration under conditions of transformational changes in the information environment. The justification of the relevance of the research topic highlights that digital transformation of society, the growing influence of social media, the spread of disinformation, and declining digital literacy among citizens pose new challenges for effective interaction between the state and the public.
