Конкуренція в умовах цифрової трансформації

Abstract

У дисертації визначено методологічні засади дослідження конкуренції в цифровій економіці, а саме: виявлено природу, чинники змін цифрової трансформації економіки на основі інтеграції еволюційного, інституційного, функціонального підходів; розкрито зміст та теоретичні концепції конкуренції, етапи її розвитку та еволюцію форм; розкрито сутність, типи, форми і методи цифрової конкуренції в сучасній економіці, її наслідки. На основі дослідження конкурентної поведінки компаній в умовах цифрових перетворень визначено сучасні моделі конкуренції. Особливості функціонування цифрових ринків розглядаються як результат цифрових трансформацій економіки і середовище розвитку цифрової конкуренції. Напрями удосконалення регулювання конкурентних відносин в цифровій економіці і пропозиції щодо регулювання конкурентних відносин в Україні в умовах сучасних викликів запропоновано на основі узагальнення світового досвіду регулювання конкуренції, врахування особливостей конкурентних відносин на цифрових ринках.

The dissertation defines the methodological principles of studying competition in the digital economy, namely: the nature and factors of changes in the digital transformation of the economy are identified based on the integration of evolutionary, institutional, and functional approaches; the content and theoretical concepts of competition, the stages of its development and the evolution of forms are revealed; the essence, types, forms, and methods of digital competition in the modern economy, its consequences are revealed. Based on the study of the competitive behavior of companies in the context of digital transformations, modern models of competition are identified. The features of digital market functioning are considered a result of digital transformations in the economy and the environment for the development of digital competition. Directions for improving the regulation of competitive relations in the digital economy and proposals for regulating competitive relations in Ukraine in the context of modern challenges are presented based on a generalization of global experience in regulating competition, taking into account the features of competitive relations in digital markets.
