Abstract

У методичних рекомендаціях на прикладі реактивного артриту та псоріатичного артриту – захворювань, що входять до групи спондилоартритів, показано ведення ревматичного хворого з синдромом болю у спині. Наводиться визначення реактивного артриту та псоріатичного артриту, алгоритм їх діагностики за даними скарг, анамнезу, даних об'єктивного обстеження та лабораторно-інструментальних досліджень, а також сучасні протоколи лікування. Для студентів 6 курсу для підготовки до практичних занять з дисципліни «Внутрішня медицина».

The methodological recommendations demonstrate the management of a rheumatic patient with back pain syndrome on the example of reactive arthritis and psoriatic arthritis, included to the spondyloarthritis group. The definitions of reactive arthritis and psoriatic arthritis are given. An algorithm for their diagnosis is shown on the basis of complaints, anamnesis, objective examination, laboratory and instrumental investigations, as well as modern treatment protocols are explained. For 6th year students for preparation for practical classes in «Internal medicine».
