Бізнес-проєкт відкриття мотелю на автошляху М-06 Київ-Львів-Чоп

Abstract

Під час виконання роботи досліджено стан розвитку мотелів в Україні. Визначено особливості надання послуг в закладах розміщення при автошляхах; проаналізовано роботу сучасних мотелів в Україні; визначено загальну концепції закладу; сформовано склад основних та додаткових послуг; проведено розрахунки щодо визначення груп приміщень закладу розміщення та відповідних значень площ; обгрунтовано організаційні аспекти роботи закладу харчування в мотелі; запропоновано просторове компонування закладу розміщення; сформовано стандарти процесу обслуговування в мотелі. Виконані економічні розрахунки, які підтверджують ефективність прийнятих рішень.During the work, the state of development of motels in Ukraine was investigated. Specific features of providing services in accommodation facilities near highways have been determined; the operation of modern motels in Ukraine was analyzed; the general concept of the institution is defined; the composition of basic and additional services has been formed; calculations were made to determine the groups of premises of the accommodation facility and the corresponding values of the areas; the organizational aspects of the operation of the catering establishment in the motel are substantiated; the spatial layout of the accommodation facility is proposed; the standards of the service process in the motel have been formed. Economic calculations were performed, which confirm the effectiveness of the decisions made.
