Abstract

The object of research is the process of managing the organization's intellectual capital. The subject of research is the theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of managing the intellectual capital of a banking institution. The purpose of the master's thesis is a scientific justification of the theoretical and methodological principles and practical aspects of managing the organization's intellectual capital. The obtained results are of practical importance, as the theoretical propositions, conclusions, and proposals of the research have been transformed into methodological developments that can be directly implemented in the practices of banking institutions to improve the intellectual capital management system.
