Документ How is it like, suddenly to find yourself under Russia bomb-attacks? Monstrous consequences for peaceful Ukrainians’ psyche(Sheridan (Wyoming, USA) : Scientex Conferences LLC, 2023-06-02) Khrystenko, Vitalii; Ovsyannikova, Yanina; Zaika, Evgenij; Іванченко, Андреянна Олексіївна; Христенко, Віталій Євгенович; Овсяннікова, Яніна Олександрівна; Заїка, Євген Валентинович; Ivanchenko, AndreyannaMonstrosity of russia-attacking on Ukraine became a hot topic for global scientific community. Majority of articles devoted to Ukrainian war-situation are commentaries, demonstrative-reviewal information, narrations, written in a descriptive-expository-elucidative form. There are only single scientific mathematical-statistical results, but no analysis of person’s mental/psycho-emotional state. For the first time, the psychic/psycho-emotional state of civilians, remained in Kharkov shelled by aggressor-russia (furthermore, from the first war days), was studied. Visual psychodiagnostics methods – observation, conversation was used: watching; scrutinization; surveillance- overseeing; reviewing while going the battle-events (the only possible ones during constant missile strikes/explosions around). Study participants (n=585) stayed in Kharkov during all period of active rocket/bomb attacks. There were determined and characterized time-stages of participants’ states, partially similar to those when people learn about the diagnosis of cancer/radiation/IDS diseases: • shocking non-understanding, fear-anxiety-unbelief (1st-2d weeks); • sadness-loneliness-waiting (3d-4th); • indifference-adaptability-hope (5th); • unconcern-carelessness-heedlessness dangerous for life, for many unwavering faith in victory, its expectation (6th and on). For Kharkovites (all Ukrainians, too), it is impossible to realize-accept that the war is going on: the state of unbelief-unacceptance-nonunderstanding this fact rests, remains deep subconsciously. Remaining alive, a person has a need to imitate the former normal life – thus, automatically protective-defensing body mechanism is triggered. Such psychic states’ manifestations were identified, traced their evolution: nervousness (with increasing participants’ age, the quantity who felt it decreased – from 75% to 30%), constant emotional stress (slightly increased with age – 60%-75%), sharp change in mood (significantly decreased with age – 90%-12%). Children appeared the most vulnerable and susceptible to all psychic/psycho-emotional states: 90%-55% compared to 75%-12% of adults. These states are dangerous because they may initiate pathological neurologo-somatic disorders in the body. With the aim of prevention-rehabilitation, the participants were offered self-healing techniques (Reiki, meditation, sport exercises) which helped to divert attention, partially stabilizing the psycho-physiological state.Документ Application of the transformed-interview method in investigation of sexual crimes in Ukraine(Revista de Psicologia (Peru), 2022-02-07) Ivanchenko, Andreyanna; Safin, Oleksandr; Timchenko, Olexander; Khrystenko, VitaliiABSTRACT The crime detection of sexual violence needs to be optimized and improved. This study aims to substantiate, elaborate, and apply in practice the method of a transformed interview (based on mathematical modeling) to obtain information about sexual violence. For the first time the transformed-interview method was used while studying the hidden (latent) victims of sexual violence who do not want to report a crime to law enforcement agencies because they do not want the fact of violence against them to be made public. Participated 2570 Ukrainian women of different social status, 16-35 years old. It was found that the increase of intermediaries during the information transmission reduces reliability of the information about crimes against the person’s sexual inviolability. While investigating such types of crimes the needed information can be obtained with a higher degree of reliability not from the victim, but from her closest surroundings. The transformed-interview method proved to be an effective tool to extract the information related to the behavior of both the offender and his victim. This method shows reliability and makes it possible to reduce the latency of most crimes in the situation of the victim’s refusal to testify at the re-trial investigation.Документ Is there a “victim syndrome” among forced displaced persons in Ukraine?(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation (London, England), 2020) Timchenko, Olexander; Khrystenko, Vitalii; Lefterov, Vasiliy; Ivanchenko, Andreyanna; Lunov, Vitalii; Pavelkiv, Vitalij; Іванченко, Андреянна Олексіївна; Христенко, Віталій Євгенович; Лефтеров, Василь Олександрович; Павелків, Віталій Романович; Луньов, Віталій ЄвгенійовичThis study revealed the negative health effects of forced displaced persons who were resettled to the other region inside Ukraine due to a military conflict in the east of the country. To study both pre-migration traumatic influence and the negative consequences of relocation, three instruments were used: A. Bass and A. Darki technique for diagnosing indicators and forms of aggression, E. Wagner projective hand test and A. M. Etkind’s Relationship Color Test. The results of a sample of Ukrainian forced displaced persons (n=3500) indicate that they have fear, confusion, lack of feeling safety in the near future and dissatisfaction with one of the basic needs – security need. It was established that 7-8% of forced displaced persons have recorded “victim syndrome”, which develops in a situation when a person has lost hope of returning home in the near future and is in a state of constant heightened anxiety. It has been revealed that the “victim syndrome” among forced displaced persons is simultaneously characterized by increased aggressiveness towards others (primarily state structures), as well as the presence of «learned helplessness» and a general negative attitude towards everything that happens in the environment and in life of the refugee. The results of this study will permit to strengthen the potential of the social system in the host community and invest in the planning of health services and the social integration of displaced persons which were resettled not only within the territory of their native country, but also for those who migrated to other national societies.
