Документ How is it like, suddenly to find yourself under Russia bomb-attacks? Monstrous consequences for peaceful Ukrainians’ psyche(Sheridan (Wyoming, USA) : Scientex Conferences LLC, 2023-06-02) Khrystenko, Vitalii; Ovsyannikova, Yanina; Zaika, Evgenij; Іванченко, Андреянна Олексіївна; Христенко, Віталій Євгенович; Овсяннікова, Яніна Олександрівна; Заїка, Євген Валентинович; Ivanchenko, AndreyannaMonstrosity of russia-attacking on Ukraine became a hot topic for global scientific community. Majority of articles devoted to Ukrainian war-situation are commentaries, demonstrative-reviewal information, narrations, written in a descriptive-expository-elucidative form. There are only single scientific mathematical-statistical results, but no analysis of person’s mental/psycho-emotional state. For the first time, the psychic/psycho-emotional state of civilians, remained in Kharkov shelled by aggressor-russia (furthermore, from the first war days), was studied. Visual psychodiagnostics methods – observation, conversation was used: watching; scrutinization; surveillance- overseeing; reviewing while going the battle-events (the only possible ones during constant missile strikes/explosions around). Study participants (n=585) stayed in Kharkov during all period of active rocket/bomb attacks. There were determined and characterized time-stages of participants’ states, partially similar to those when people learn about the diagnosis of cancer/radiation/IDS diseases: • shocking non-understanding, fear-anxiety-unbelief (1st-2d weeks); • sadness-loneliness-waiting (3d-4th); • indifference-adaptability-hope (5th); • unconcern-carelessness-heedlessness dangerous for life, for many unwavering faith in victory, its expectation (6th and on). For Kharkovites (all Ukrainians, too), it is impossible to realize-accept that the war is going on: the state of unbelief-unacceptance-nonunderstanding this fact rests, remains deep subconsciously. Remaining alive, a person has a need to imitate the former normal life – thus, automatically protective-defensing body mechanism is triggered. Such psychic states’ manifestations were identified, traced their evolution: nervousness (with increasing participants’ age, the quantity who felt it decreased – from 75% to 30%), constant emotional stress (slightly increased with age – 60%-75%), sharp change in mood (significantly decreased with age – 90%-12%). Children appeared the most vulnerable and susceptible to all psychic/psycho-emotional states: 90%-55% compared to 75%-12% of adults. These states are dangerous because they may initiate pathological neurologo-somatic disorders in the body. With the aim of prevention-rehabilitation, the participants were offered self-healing techniques (Reiki, meditation, sport exercises) which helped to divert attention, partially stabilizing the psycho-physiological state.Документ Study of the relationship between psycho-emotional wellbeing and personal qualities in Ukrainian youth: Ways of overcoming(Psychology and Behavioral Science International Journal, 2023-11-17) Ivanchenko, Andreyanna; Zaika, Evgenij; Timchenko, Olexander; Costa, Massimiliano; Perepeliuk, Tetiana; Mytnyk, AlexanderObjectives. There is enough information about personal state and characteristics of the students from different countries, but about Ukrainian Senior school pupils and university students is completely missing. For the first time, the issue of stressful psychosomatic consequences for Ukrainian youth health is raised in world research. Methods. To assess wellbeing, anxiety, value orientations and behavior types in 216 youth (school/university participants) four standardized Instruments were used. Additionally, with other young/adult participants (n = 307), the method of conversation was used in order to establish their reaction to the ongoing Russian military aggression in Ukraine, and to find out the ways for prevention-rehabilitation the psycho-emotional state of all participants. Results and Conclusion. The greater anxiety, the more often competitive behavior. Wellbeing is negatively associated with competition behavior; anxiety is positively linked with adaptation. The youngest participants showed the worst state of health, higher anxiety and cooperative behavior. During the war unleashed by Russia, Ukrainians, on the one hand, were strongly motivated, aimed at the speedy cessation of hostilities which strengthened, encouraged them psycho-emotionally, on the other hand, needed special psychological support and help. High value orientations are combined with high conflict resolution. Special preventive-recovery activities were carried out with different categories of the population: refugees, people left in the war zone and their families, militaries, rescuers, medical personnel. Limitations. Findings on the anxiety and wellbeing interconnected with value orientations require clarification. Correctional-rehabilitation work efficiency provided to the participants suffered because of the hostilities need experimental-statistical confirmation.Документ Thinking and Personality’s creative life-orientation: ways of development (monograph) [Иванченко А., & Заика, Е. The monograph examines and analyzes two fundamental factors in the development of personality that ensure the person’s happiness, success and self-realization, namely, these are thinking (broadly understood: it includes both imagination and intelligence) and a special phenomenon that we nominate as «creative life-orientation» (leading to continuous self-development, self-creation and creativity in all areas of life). Their role in the formation of personality and the implementation of its life path is undeniable. The main attention is paid not so much to the psychological description of these two fundamental phenomena (thinking and «creative life-orientation»), but to the analysis of the ways and means of their development and improvement. Two main paths are presented. The first way is a variety of intellectual trainings aimed at the formation of different qualities of thinking, imagination and memory, as well as creative life-orientation. The second way is relaxation and meditation practices (first of all, the system of increasing life potential according to the doctrine of the Reiki system and practicing of traditional meditation according to Maharishi), aimed at the overall integral improvement of the health and condition of brain functioning, increasing mental capabilities and personality’s effectiveness. At the same time, if the first path (trainings) even more or less fits into the traditions of the Ukrainian (and more globally - Slavic, i.e. European) mentality and as a whole quite easily enters in the life traditions, taking root in life (although many still underestimate its efficiency!), then the second way (Reiki, Yoga, relaxation-meditation practices) is quite unusual for the Slavic-European worldview, so it is often perceived very skeptically and wary. At the same time, if the first path (trainings) even more or less fits into the traditions of the Ukrainian (and if more globally - Slavic, i.e. However, according to the available psychological literature, and on the basis of long-standing experience in the practical work of the authors, we can safely say: East Asian self-healing technologies work! they are effective! But here we emphasize: the effect does not appear immediately. They need to be practiced for a while. Advocating developing trainings and relaxation-meditation practices as ways of effective development of thinking and «creative life-orientation», we underline with particular and complete conviction: they are by no means the main or basic, but only auxiliary, additional ways of developing these psychological qualities. The following thought is fundamental: the affirmation, development, improvement of thinking and «creative life-orientation» does not at all end in adolescence, but can continue, and really continues, also in adulthood. A person who is aware of own desire to develop can undoubtedly always find time and resources for this.
