Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є формування теоретики-методичних засад та практичних рекомендацій щодо розробки заходів, що сприяють підвищенню ефективності функціонування підприємства. Об'єктом роботи є відносини, що виникають у процесі забезпечення підвищення ефективності діяльності організації. Предметом роботи є теоретичні підходи та практичні аспекти управління ефективністю діяльності організації. Базою дослідження є виробничо-господарська діяльність компанії «Мед- Світ» Були розроблені положення та рекомендації для компанії «Мед-Світ» щодо нарощення обсягів господарської діяльності та підвищення ефективності діяльності в умовах військової агресії. Практична значущість одержаних результатів полягає у розробці рекомендацій щодо управління та забезпечення ефективності діяльності компанії «Мед-Світ».The purpose of the qualification work is to form theoretical and methodological principles and practical recommendations for the development of measures that contribute to increasing the efficiency of the enterprise.
