Abstract

Об’єктом дослідження є цифрова криміналістика як наука та прикладна дисципліна. Предметом дослідження є методи, засоби та технології цифрової криміналістики, що застосовуються для збору, аналізу та представлення цифрових доказів. Мета кваліфікаційної бакалаврської роботи полягає у тому, щоб дослідити сучасні засоби цифрової криміналістики, їх практичне застосування в розслідуванні кіберзлочинів, а також оцінити перспективи розвитку цієї галузі. Актуальність дослідження: Швидкий розвиток цифрових технологій і зростання кіберзлочинності вимагає удосконалення методів цифрової криміналістики, особливо в умовах гібридних загроз.The object of the digital forensics as a scientific and applied discipline. According to the results of the research: The paper systematizes digital forensic tools, evaluates their effectiveness, and provides recommendations for practical application. Main theoretical provisions on the topic of the practical relevance of the effectiveness of digital forensic tools in Ukrainian context is assessed and practical recommendations for their use are developed.
