Психологічні аспекти формування лідерських якостей у підлітковому віці

Abstract

Метою даного дослідження є вивчення психологічних аспектів формування лідерських якостей у підлітковому віці, а також визначення основних факторів, які сприяють розвитку лідерства в цей період життя. Завданнями дослідження є: описати теоретичні основи розвитку лідерських якостей у підлітковому віці; дослідити фактори, що впливають на формування лідерства у підлітків; визначити психологічні методи розвитку лідерських якостей у підлітків; провести емпіричне дослідження лідерських якостей у підлітковому віці. Об’єктом дослідження є процес формування лідерських якостей у підлітків в умовах соціального та освітнього середовища. Предметом дослідження виступають психологічні аспекти розвитку лідерських якостей у підлітковому віці, зокрема вплив особистісних, соціальних та емоційних факторів на процес формування лідерства у підлітків. Практична значущість дослідження полягає у можливості застосування отриманих результатів для розробки психокорекційних програм, спрямованих на підвищення рівня лідерських якостей у підлітків, а також для розробки рекомендацій для педагогів та психологів щодо підтримки розвитку лідерства у молоді.The purpose of this study is to investigate the psychological aspects of leadership development in adolescence, as well as to identify the main factors that contribute to the development of leadership during this period of life. The objectives of the study are: to describe the theoretical foundations of leadership development in adolescence; to study the factors that influence the formation of leadership in adolescents; to identify psychological methods of developing leadership skills in adolescents; and to conduct an empirical study of leadership qualities in adolescence. The object of the study is the process of forming leadership qualities in adolescents within the social and educational environment. The subject of the study is the psychological aspects of leadership development in adolescence, in particular the influence of personal, social, and emotional factors on the process of leadership formation in adolescents. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of applying the obtained results to the development of psycho-correctional programs aimed at improving leadership skills in adolescents, as well as to the development of recommendations for teachers and psychologists supporting leadership development in young people.
