Психологічні аспекти мотивації досягнення у старшокласників

Abstract

Об’єктом дослідження є мотиваційна сфера особистості старшокласника. Предметом дослідження є психологічні аспекти мотивації досягнення у старшокласників. Метою дослідження є теоретичне обґрунтування та емпіричне дослідження особливостей мотивації досягнення у старшокласників, а також розроблення рекомендацій щодо її розвитку. Для досягнення поставленої мети визначено такі завдання: проаналізувати теоретичні підходи до розуміння мотивації досягнення у психології; визначити психологічні особливості старшокласників, які впливають на формування мотивації; провести емпіричне дослідження рівня мотивації досягнення у старшокласників; виявити взаємозв’язки між мотивацією досягнення та іншими особистісними чинниками; розробити психологічні рекомендації щодо підвищення мотивації досягнення в учнів старших класів. Практичне значення дослідження полягає у можливості застосування отриманих результатів у роботі шкільних психологів, педагогів і класних керівників з метою розвитку досягального компонента мотивації у старшокласників.The object of the study is the motivational sphere of a high school student’s personality. The subject of the study is the psychological aspects of achievement motivation in high school students. The purpose of the study is to theoretically substantiate and empirically investigate the peculiarities of achievement motivation in high school students, as well as to develop recommendations for its development. To achieve this purpose, the following objectives were defined: to analyze theoretical approaches to understanding achievement motivation in psychology; to determine the psychological characteristics of high school students that influence the formation of motivation; to conduct an empirical study of the level of achievement motivation in high school students; to identify the relationships between achievement motivation and other personal factors; and to develop psychological recommendations for increasing achievement motivation in high school students. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of applying the obtained results in the work of school psychologists, teachers, and class teachers to promote the development of the achievement component of motivation among high school students.
