Стан та перспективи розвитку недержавного пенсійного страхування

Abstract

Робота присвячена дослідженню сучасного стану та перспектив розвитку недержавного пенсійного страхування в Україні. Розглядаються теоретичні основи функціонування недержавних пенсійних фондів, їхня роль у забезпеченні соціальної захищеності громадян та накопичувальних механізмів пенсійного забезпечення. Узагальнено сучасні підходи до організації та управління недержавними пенсійними фондами, проаналізовано основні проблеми та ризики розвитку цього сегмента фінансового ринку. Особлива увага приділена аналізу сучасних тенденцій і законодавчих ініціатив щодо вдосконалення системи недержавного пенсійного страхування, оптимізації накопичувальних програм та підвищення ефективності інвестиційної діяльності фондів. Сформульовані рекомендації щодо стимулювання розвитку НПФ, підвищення рівня фінансової грамотності населення та інтеграції українського досвіду з міжнародними практиками.The work is devoted to the study of the current state and prospects for the development of non-state pension insurance in Ukraine. The theoretical foundations of the functioning of non-state pension funds, their role in ensuring social protection of citizens, and accumulative mechanisms of pension provision are considered. Modern approaches to the organization and management of non-state pension funds are generalized, and the main problems and risks of developing this segment of the financial market are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the analysis of current trends and legislative initiatives aimed at improving the non-state pension insurance system, optimizing accumulative programs, and increasing the efficiency of investment activities of the funds. Recommendations are formulated for stimulating the development of non-state pension funds, enhancing the financial literacy of the population, and integrating Ukrainian experience with international practices.
