Оцінка університетською спільнотою ролі та значення інституту приват-доцентури в університетах України (друга половина ХІХ – початок ХХ століття)

Abstract

У статті висвітлено погляди університетської спільноти щодо ролі й значення інституту приват-доцентури в університетах України (другої половини ХІХ - початку ХХ ст.). З’ясовано основні причини труднощів на шляху становлення / розвитку інституту приват-доцентури та ставлення університетських колективів щодо їх подолання.The article highlights the views of the university community on the role and significance of the institute of private assistant professorships in Ukrainian universities (the second half of the 19th - early 20th centuries). The main reasons for the difficulties in the establishment/development of the institute of private assistant professorships and the attitude of university staff towards overcoming them are clarified.
