Роль банківської системи у відновленні економіки України

Abstract

Банківська система відіграє важливу роль для ефективного функціонування економіки країни. У статті досліджено сутність поняття «банківська система» та визначено вектор для аналізу її поточного стану в Україні. Актуальність розглянутої теми полягає у тому, що банківська система є важливою складовою фінансового ринку, а її стабільність та ефективність – необхідна умова розвитку національної економіки. У роботі проаналізовано стан банківського сектору, визначено фінансові ризики, з урахуванням яких функціонує вся банківська система, та запропоновано шляхи мінімізації їх впливу. Розглянуто економічні проблеми України, які розпочалися під час пандемії COVID-19 та посилилися через повномасштабне вторгнення росії в Україну, та шляхи їх подолання. В результаті було визначено роль банківської системи у відновленні економіки України, а також сформовано рекомендації для подальших напрямків дослідження.

The banking system plays an important role for the efficient functioning of the country's economy. The mechanism of distribution of financial resources and funds, their mobilization and involvement in econom ic circulation takes place precisely through the banking system. The article examines the nature of the term "banking system" and defines a direction for analyzing its current state in Ukraine. The relevance of the dis cussed topic lies in the fact that the banking system is an important component of the financial market, and its stability and efficiency are a necessary condition for the development of the national economy. The purpose of the study is to analyze the activity of the banking system of Ukraine during the martial law and to determine its role in the recovery of the Ukrainian economy. The work analyzes the state of the banking sector, identifies the financial risks that affect the entire banking system, and suggests ways to minimize their impact. The eco nomic problems of Ukraine, which began during the COVID-19 pandemic and intensified due to Russia's full scale invasion of Ukraine, and ways to overcome them are considered. In the article the activity of the banking system of Ukraine for the period from 2018 to the first half of 2023 are explored. The main indicators of the banking sector of the country were considered and the risks faced by the banking system were determined. Also, the article examines the regulatory influence of the state government and the National Bank of Ukraine on maintaining the stability and stability of the banking sector of our country. This influence is very important, because careful supervision and monitoring allows timely identification of certain deviations and violations of regulations and taking appropriate actions to eliminate them. As a result, the role of the banking system in the recovery of Ukraine's economy is determined. The banking system must work stably and efficiently because it is an intermediary that will participate at every stage that Ukraine will overcome on the way to a developed market economy. Topics for further research are identified, the detailed study of which would be a likely expan sion of the topic under consideration.
