Формування траєкторії ідеї відкриття закладу харчування в корпусі економічного факультету ХНУ імені В.Н. Каразіна

Abstract

Стаття присвячена аналітичному дослідженню концепції ідеї реконструкції корпусу економічного факультету ХНУ імені В. Н. Каразіна та відкриттю у ньому закладу харчування для студентів та викладачів. Проблема харчування щодо закладу вищої освіти є важливою та невід’ємною частиною життя студентів. Від правильного харчування залежить не тільки здоров’я студентів, але і їх результативність у навчанні. У статті проаналізовано основні критерії, що враховуються при створенні закладу харчування. Робота була створена у рамках проведення Виробничої практики, яка проходила цього року на кафедрі.

The article is devoted to the analytical study of the concept of the idea of reconstruction of the building of the Faculty of Economics of the V. N. Karazin KhNU and the opening of a catering facility for students and teachers in it. The problem of nutrition in a higher education institution is an important and integral part of students' lives. Not only the health of students depends on proper nutrition, but also their academic performance. The article analyzes the main criteria taken into account when creating a catering establishment. The work was created as part of the Industrial Practice held this year at the department.
