dc.description.abstract	The article deals with lexical means of time category expression in German folktales texts, which can be considered as the main means of creating a special time continuum typical for this genre of folklore texts. The taken analysis showed the presence of several lexical groups, which appear in the analyzed texts to a certain extent.
