Abstract

The methodical recommendations provide a definition of back pain syndrome and its diagnosis as a leading syndrome in spondyloarthritis in rheumatic patients based on complaints, anamnesis, objective examination and laboratory and instrumental diagnostics. The modern classification of spondyloarthritis is given, and the management of a rheumatic patient with back pain syndrome is shown on the example of axial spondyloarthritis. For 6th year students for preparation for practical classes in «Internal medicine».У методичних рекомендаціях наводиться визначення синдрому болю у спині та його діагностика, як провідного синдрому при спондилоартритах у ревматичних хворих за даними скарг, анамнезу, даних об’єктивного обстеження та лабораторно-інструментальної діагностики. Надана сучасна класифікація спондилоартритів, та на прикладі аксіального спондилоартриту показано ведення ревматичного хворого з синдромом болю у спині. Для студентів 6 курсу для підготовки до практичних занять з дисципліни «Внутрішня медицина».
