Abstract

The methodical recommendations provide a definition of back pain syndrome and its diagnosis as a leading syndrome in spondyloarthritis in rheumatic patients based on complaints, anamnesis, objective examination and laboratory and instrumental diagnostics. The modern classification of spondyloarthritis is given, and the management of a rheumatic patient with back pain syndrome is shown on the example of axial spondyloarthritis. For 6th year students for preparation for practical classes in «Internal medicine».

У методичних рекомендаціях наводиться визначення синдрому болю у спині та його діагностика, як провідного синдрому при спондилоартритах у ревматичних хворих за даними скарг, анамнезу, даних об’єктивного обстеження та лабораторно-інструментальної діагностики. Надана сучасна класифікація спондилоартритів, та на прикладі аксіального спондилоартриту показано ведення ревматичного хворого з синдромом болю у спині. Для студентів 6 курсу для підготовки до практичних занять з дисципліни «Внутрішня медицина».
