Англо-український переклад суспільно-політичної лексики на матеріалі TED talks

Abstract

Дослідження присвячено перекладу суспільно-політичної лексики англійською та українською мовами на основі текстів публічних виступів TED Talks. Актуальність роботи зумовлена ​​необхідністю якісного та точного перекладу суспільно-політичних виступів, які набувають все більшого значення в умовах глобалізації та швидкого поширення інформації. Адже переклад такої лексики сприяє міжкультурному порозумінню та підвищенню обізнаності у суспільно важливих питаннях. Завдання дослідження включають вивчення специфіки суспільно-політичної лексики, аналіз прагматичних і стилістичних особливостей публічних виступів, що містять таку лексику, а також вивчення різноманітних методів перекладу для досягнення максимальної точності та культурної відповідності. Наукова новизна роботи полягає в систематизації сучасних способів перекладу суспільно-політичної лексики... Теоретичне значення дослідження полягає в розробці наукові основи перекладу суспільно-політичної лексики з урахуванням специфіки риторики TED Talks, а практична значущість полягає в можливості застосування її результатів для підвищення якості перекладу у сфері суспільно-політичних текстів.The research is devoted to the translation of socio-political vocabulary into English and Ukrainian based on the texts of public speeches TED Talks. The relevance of the work is due to the need for high-quality and accurate translation of socio-political speeches, which are gaining importance in the context of globalization and rapid dissemination of information. After all, the translation of such vocabulary contributes to intercultural understanding and raising awareness of socially important issues. The objectives of the study include the study of the specifics of socio-political vocabulary, the analysis of pragmatic and stylistic features of public speeches containing such vocabulary, and the study of various translation methods to achieve maximum accuracy and cultural relevance.
