Управління якістю бізнес-процесів підприємства

Abstract

Мета дослідження полягає у формуванні теоретичних положень щодо вдосконалення управління якістю на основі проєктного підходу та на підставі цього розробка рекомендацій з управління якістю бізнес-процесу підприємства. Об'єктом дослідження виступають бізнес-процеси ТОВ «ТИМ», яке у довоєнний період було одним з найбільших приватних інвесторів в енергетичний сектор України. Предметом кваліфікаційної роботи бакалавра є інструменти формування результативних та ефективних бізнес-процесів через удосконалення управління якістю на ТОВ «ТИМ». Методологічною основою виступають такі методи як: систематизація та класифікація, аналіз і синтез, наукове пізнання, а також фінансово-економічні методи, графічного представлення та інші.The purpose of the study is to formulate theoretical provisions regarding the improvement of quality management based on the project approach and, based on this, to develop recommendations for the management of the quality of the business process of the enterprise. The object of the study is the business processes of TIM LLC, which in the prewar period was one of the largest private investors in the energy sector of Ukraine. The subject of the bachelor's qualification work is tools for the formation of effective and efficient business processes through the improvement of quality management at TIM LLC. The methodological basis is such methods as: systematization and classification, analysis and synthesis, scientific knowledge, as well as financial and economic methods, graphic representation and others.
