Abstract

Дипломна робота Шведов О.М. присвячена дослідженню методів отримання білків та амінокислот з соняшникового шроту. Було проведено у приклад ряд експериментів для демонстрації досліджень, спрямованих на вдосконалення методів екстракції білків та амінокислот з соняшникового шроту шляхом використання нових розчинників та технологій, що підвищують вихід цих речовин. Це може включати використання високотемпературних розчинників або застосування ультразвуку для покращення процесу екстракції.The diploma thesis by Shvedov O.M. is dedicated to the research of methods for obtaining proteins and amino acids from sunflower meal. A series of experiments were conducted as an example to demonstrate research efforts aimed at improving protein and amino acid extraction methods from sunflower meal by utilizing new solvents and technologies that enhance the yield of these substances. This may involve the use of high-temperature solvents or the application of ultrasound to enhance the extraction process.
