dc.description.abstractThe main trends in the development of the freelancer market in Ukraine and the world are studied in the monograph section. In particular, the web resources of freelancers are described: Freelancehunt, Freelance, Weblancer and Kabanchik. The main positions of orders on web resources, such as programming, copywriting, design and translation of texts, are determined. The freelancers' market was analyzed and their constant growth was revealed the number of them both in Ukraine and around the world. This has positive consequences as the unemployment rate decreases in the state. However, among the problems remains the imperfection of the legislative framework, which leads to the lack of registration and subsequently to non-payment of taxes.
dc.description.abstractУ розділі монографії досліджено основні тенденції розвитку ринку фрілансерів в Україні та світі. Зокрема охарактеризовано веб-ресурси фрілансерів: Freelancehunt, Freelance, Weblancer та Kabanchik. Визначено основні позиції замовлень на веб-ресурсах, такі як програмування, копірайтинг, дизайн та переклад текстів. Також проведено аналітику ринку фрілансерів та виявлено постійне зростання їх чисельності як в Україні, так і у всьому світі. Це має позитивні наслідки, оскільки в державі зменшується рівень безробіття. Однак серед проблем залишається недосконалість законодавчої бази, що призводить до відсутності реєстрації та у подальшому до несплати податків.
