Abstract

The present article deals with the question of the origin and becoming children’s speech in general and children’s speech of Slobozhanshina in particular. The problem is studied from the point of view of the functionality of the elements from this specific communicative system in the dialectical environment. A new method of considering the main theories of the origin of children’s speech and the most famous approaches to the classification of the main stages of becoming it is proposed. The interaction between the internal natural inclinations and the external conditions of life, in particular the influence of the dialectical environment, in the origin of children’s speech are researched. The conclusion is made that it is necessary to take into consideration all possible factors that influence on the process of the origin and becoming children’s speech.
