Abstract

Методичні рекомендації присвячені детальному вивченню вторинного, третинного та вродженого сифілісу. Висвітлено сучасні уявлення про патогенез цих форм захворювання, особливості імунної відповіді організму та перебіг сифілісу на різних етапах його розвитку. Розглянуто клінічні ознаки та різноманіття проявів вторинного сифілісу на шкірі, ураження слизових оболонок, внутрішніх органів і нервової системи при третинному та вродженому сифілісі. Окрема увага приділена методам діагностики та диференційної діагностики, включаючи серологічні тести, ПЛР-аналіз і мікроскопію. Представлено сучасні підходи до лікування сифілісу із застосуванням антибіотикотерапії, а також схеми контролю ефективності лікування. Методичні рекомендації також акцентують на профілактиці сифілісу, зокрема вродженої форми, шляхом антенатального скринінгу, медико-соціальних заходів і статевої освіти.The methodological recommendations are focused on a detailed study of secondary, tertiary and congenital syphilis. The modern concepts of the pathogenesis of these forms of the disease, the peculiarities of the immune response and the course of syphilis at different stages of its development are highlighted. The clinical signs and variety of manifestations of secondary syphilis on the skin, lesions of the mucous membranes, internal organs and nervous system in tertiary and congenital syphilis are considered. Special attention is paid to methods of diagnosis and differential diagnosis, including serological tests, PCR analysis and microscopy. Modern approaches to the treatment of syphilis using antibiotic therapy are presented, as well as schemes for monitoring the effectiveness of treatment. The methodological recommendations also emphasize the prevention of syphilis, in particular congenital syphilis, through antenatal screening, medical and social measures, and sex education.
