Abstract

The space structures in an immovable volume of a magnetic fluid, being in a constant homogeneous magnetic field are studied. It is shown, that the nonhomogeneous distributions of the ferroparticles aggregates such as the static autosolitons and periodic strata may arise under the action of the field. The periodic strata are realized as the oriented along the field parallel strips, in which aggregates are concentrated, and are observed in the experiments with the magnetic fluid films. The estimates for the parameters of a model of the magnetic fluid are obtained as a result of the calculated and experimental data comparison
