Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню депозитарних установ та їх ролі в підвищенні надійності системи обліку прав на цінні папери в Україні. Розроблено науково-практичні рекомендації щодо вдосконалення системи заходів із зниження ризиків в депозитарній діяльності.
The role of custodies and depositaries in increase of safety of the system of rights’ on securities registration in Ukraine is investigated. The author develops scientific and practical recommendations for improving measures to reduce potential risks in depositary’s activity.
