Анотація
У статті досліджена історія формування та розвитку біржового механізму, розглянуто основні історичні етапи його формування. Наголошено на тому, що сучасний стан біржового механізму є недосконалим. Визначено заходи щодо розвитку біржового механізму на сучасному етапі.
In the article, the history of formation and development of exchange mechanism is explored, the basic historical stages of its formation are considered. The accent is placed upon the fact that the modern state of the exchange mechanism is imperfect. Measures of development of the exchange mechanism at the modern stage are determined.
