Abstract

Розкрито зміст фінансової архітектоніки забезпечення національного добробуту виходячи з позицій сталого розвитку, як співвідношення між ієрархічними та мережевими компонентами, де публічні фінанси уособлюють у собі ієрархію, децентралізовані фінанси утворюють мережевий тип відносин, фінансова інфраструктура опосередковує відносини між ними, а фіскальний та монетарний трансмісійні механізми передають імпульси державної політики у фінансову систему.
